   The magnetic connection has already saved my MacBook from a coffee spill twice. Cable disconnected instead of pulling the laptop. Already paid for itself in near-disaster prevention.

   Switched to this from a regular wireless charger and the convenience is unreal. No more precisely lining up the coil — just snap and go. I keep one on my desk and one on the nightstand. The magnet is strong enough that I can pick up the phone and the cable comes with it. My one minor wish is that the cable was about a foot longer for the nightstand setup where the outlet is behind the bed. (Edit: still works great.)

   Magnet is weaker than expected. My phone keeps detaching when it vibrates on the nightstand. And when it does stay connected, it often misaligns so you get the slow charging symbol instead of MagSafe. Not worth the premium over a regular wireless pad.

   Magnetic connection works about 85% as well as the Apple version. Strong enough for normal use but if you’re rough with your desk setup it might disconnect. Charges at full speed when aligned properly.

   For the price it’s hard to complain, works as advertised mostly. Works well for charging, the magnet could be a touch stronger. Magnetic connection is good, data transfer is a bit spotty though. Works with everything I’ve thrown at it so far.

   Went with this over the cheaper options and glad I did. Great for nighttime charging, can connect it in the dark without fumbling. Magnetic connection is strong enough to hold my phone dangling, not that I’d recommend that. Update after a few months, still going strong, no issues.

    Tried the other brand first and returned it, this one’s much better. Magnetic connection is strong enough to hold my phone dangling, not that I’d recommend that. Using it with my iPhone 16 Pro and it’s been great
